1. Timing of baptism

Baptisms are held regularly three times a year when:

    1. Easter Sunday
    2. Independence Day Sunday in the United States
    3. Thanksgiving Sunday
    4. The Church arranges the dates for multiple baptisms each year and determines that baptists must adhere to a schedule.

Approximately once every four months, a frequency of three times a year is guaranteed. For the elderly, sick and infirm, there is flexibility to arrange for baptism in their homes.

2. Establish a Baptist Commission

A Baptist Committee was established to coordinate Baptist-related matters, and its members include:

    1. priest
    2. Two elders
    3. One or two teachers in charge of the Baptist Sunday School program

3. The specific operation process of baptism

1. Advance notice and registration
• Announce the baptism date to the congregation two months before Baptism Day and open the registration process. Fellowships encourage seekers who are mature in faith and have a testimony of salvation to sign up for baptism.

2. Baptism training
• Applicants are required to attend a two-month baptism course to gain a comprehensive understanding of the meaning and foundations of the faith in baptism.

3. Consultation and Audit
• The Baptist Committee shall conduct a faith consultation with all applicants within one month prior to baptism to confirm that they have evidence of salvation and are willing to testify for the Lord. The elders plus the baptist teacher or deacon each lead the counseling process.

4. Counselling
by pastors• Prior to baptism, the pastor will give a final counseling and ritual explanation to the baptized group to help prepare the baptized person spiritually and faithfully.

5. Certificates and Gifts
• Immediately after the baptism, a baptism certificate is issued and a copy of the New Testament is presented as a memorial and encouragement.

4. Participation and cooperation of fellowship

The Baptist Committee should work closely with the leaders of the fellowship to investigate the faith of the seekers in the fellowship and encourage those who are mature in their faith and have testimonies of salvation to sign up for baptism.
